General terms for using AjaxUploader.

These terms describe the relationship between AjaxUploader and organizations evaluating or using the product. By downloading or deploying AjaxUploader, you agree to these terms.

License grant

Each license purchase grants a perpetual, non-exclusive right to use the AjaxUploader control within the scope defined by the license type (domain, IP, developer, team, enterprise, or source code). Licenses are one-time purchases with no recurring fees.

Permitted use

You may use AjaxUploader in accordance with your license type, applicable law, and any technical requirements described in the deployment guide. The trial version may be used for evaluation on localhost without a license file.

Restrictions

You may not redistribute the AjaxUploader binaries or source code unless you hold a Redistribution or Source Code license.
You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the product except where permitted by law.
You may not sub-license or transfer your license to a third party without written consent.

Customer responsibilities

You are responsible for:

Proper server configuration including handler registration, request limits, and temp folder permissions.
Validating uploaded files and securing your storage destinations.
Providing appropriate end-user notices about file collection in your application.
Ensuring the legality of files collected through the upload control.

Upgrades

Major version upgrades are available at discounted rates for existing license holders. Minor updates within the same major version are included with your license. See the pricing page for upgrade details.

Support

Technical support is provided through the contact form and email. Support covers installation, configuration, and integration questions. Response times may vary based on volume and complexity.

Availability

We aim to keep product downloads, documentation, and support channels available, but access may be affected by maintenance, infrastructure updates, or events outside our reasonable control.

Limitation of liability

AjaxUploader is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. In no event shall the licensor be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the product.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the product after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
